In one paragraph
What 3V3 is.
3V3 is a PCB tool in the browser with a hosted MCP. Ask Claude, Cursor or ChatGPT for a board and watch it place, route and check it in your browser, then export Gerbers for any fab. Free for 14 days, then £15 a month. Run by a small team and its agents, in the UK.
The number
3:52
Median time from one plain prompt to exported Gerbers, over five real agent runs (Claude Code, Opus) on our hosted MCP. Every board passed its design-rule check. The table →
What it got wrong
In a trial run an agent made a coin-cell board 35 × 23 mm instead of the 30 × 20 asked, because the holder alone is 33.5 mm, and said so. On a USB-C power board our status stayed amber for pins left empty on purpose; that one was ours to fix, and is fixed: a pin can now be marked “not connected”.
What it isn't
Not a replacement for an engineer. The agent does the placing and routing; a person checks the board and signs it off before anything is ordered. Any fab, no lock-in; export always works, paid or not.
